Budget inn with some quirks

I stayed there for the night and the lady at the front was very friendly, she really helped me out! The room itself was neat and clean, and I appreciate the fact it allowed pets! Which was a huge plus for me.

Wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for what I got.

great accommodation with comfy location in the middle of jackson. comfortable beds, climate control, an individual safe and multi-channel tv in the room. large bathroom and a bathtub with good sewerage. location just next door to a bar/restaurant as well as in the state's panhandle. outstanding food in the restaurants such as braum's, located 20 min away.

Location: the hotel was so close to Guymon, Ok and the adjacent restaurant.

Outdated room decor, missing cabinet doors!!! Poor security with difficult entrance access!!! Unpleasant stains on sheets and vulgarity on mirrors!!! Check-in process through a small window feels unwelcoming!!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

Booking dot com advertises pool and hot tub. They were not in operation. It also stated our room would have a coffee maker and refrigerator. They were not there. There was a connecting door from our room to the private residence through which we could clearly hear complete conversations from the owners(?) managers(?).

The price was great - we paid almost twice as much last year to stay at the same place.

The breakfast needed some help - more variety of items - it was a hot breakfast last year - some confusion on the room with the number of beds requested, but price was very nice - we made it work

This place is a disaster! I can't even express my horror at finding a roach crawling up the wall, and how could I forget that charming broken toilet? I expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles but instead, just got excuses. I almost gave a good review, but i just couldn't. The carpets practically cried for help.

Continental breakfast was not real healthy or fresh.

Spacious rooms for long stays. Proximity to major highways makes it easy to reach nearby dining and services.

Check-in through an outside window feels a bit off. Encountered issues like a broken smoke detector, stained linens, and an unpleasant odors in the pet-friendly room. Took a while to deal with room cleanliness as there was trash found under one bed, and the presence of flies suggests a larger maintenance problem.

The room was clean & comfortable, and I really enjoyed the firm king bed with crisp sheets 😍 Parking was tight, though, a bit annoying. Pretty decent stay for the price!

The homemade muffins at breakfast were unreal, and just a short jaunt to Braum's for some killer ice cream. The room was big and came with a fridge, perfect for stashing snacks after a long drive.

I enjoyed the friendly staff and the clean, crisp king room with a comfortable bed. Great coffee and a vibrant bar nearby. The location is a gem, close to a fantastic mexican restaurant.
